The application must support localization, both for the user interface and for the content.

The user interface localization must be done on acknowledged standards – preferably using a Yii2 readily available module (for translations).

Content localization:

• accounting account (different account settings depending on the *country*)
• account rules (per *country*)
• reports to the fiscal authority (also per country)

Bottom line: there are two distinct vectors for localization: language and country.

Example: there are countries with multiple official languages; so in this case, the accounts are the same, but they must be expressed in all languages.
